World-renowned academics from Europe’s leading Business Schools attend and share their knowledge with attendees representing the leading companies of Cyprus and Europe.

Allister Frost

Allister Frost, founder of Wild Orange Media, helps people in organisations do better business through fast-changing and emerging marketing channels. Voted UK Digital Marketing Personality of the Year, Allister is well-known for his high energy presentations and public speaking. He is a specialist in emerging and future online marketing techniques and works across many industries helping marketers stay abreast of technological advances to develop future-ready capabilities. While Head of Digital Marketing Strategy at Microsoft he gave fresh impetus to brands including Xbox, Windows and Office by making them more accessible to customers through real-time communication channels. A Chartered Marketer, he regularly coaches and trains organisations around the world on a range of topics including the future of marketing, the secret psychology of inbound marketing, behavioural economics and social business re-organisation. During a marketing career spanning more than two decades he has also managed well-loved brands including Andrex, Huggies and Kleenex and delivered global launch campaigns for Windows and “I’M A PC”.

As a respected industry thought-leader, Allister now comments on the changing communications landscape and explains how organisations must ready themselves for the post-broadcast, pay-to-play era by seeking out fresh commercial opportunities in our digitally-connected world. Allister is also the founder of Internet Safety School, a community initiative designed to help parents understand the digital world better so they can help keep their children safe online. Celia Moore
Assistant Professor of

London Business School

Integrity in Business: Why It’s Harder Than We Think, and What We Can Do About It

Celia Moore teaches in the core MBA and Executive MBA programs at London Business School, where she has been since 2007, teaching courses on ethics, corporate social responsibility, and business and society in the core MBA and Executive MBA programs. She is the author of numerous cases on business ethics, including most recently one about Kweku Adoboli, the rogue trader at UBS. In 2011, she was a Visiting Scholar at Harvard Business School, and in 2012 was also a Fellow at the Edmond J. Safra Center for Ethics at Harvard University. She completed her PhD in Organisational Behaviour from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, and holds an honours BA in Philosophy from McGill University and a Master’s in Public Administration from Columbia University. Prior to returning to academia in 2002, she spent eight years in human resources consulting and research in New Yorkand Toronto, with a focus on how to create more supportive working environments for employees. She has consulted with and created training programs for a number of organizations on how to ensure, create and embed more ethical cultures, including Standard Chartered, theInstitute for Chartered Accountants, Digital Realty, the NHS, and Omnisource.
 
Celia Moore has published in leading academic journals including the Academy of Management Annals, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Personality                                                                           and Social Psychology, Research in Organizational Behavior, and Human Resource Management Review. Currently, Celia Moore’s research focuses on the unanticipated causes and consequences of unethical behaviour and organizational corruption.


 

Francoise Chevalier
Associate Professor,
HEC Paris
Leadership and Management in small and medium growing companies
 
Professor Chevalier, Phd and HDR, is permanent professor at HEC Paris. Coordinator of the HRM Department and of HRM PhD for several years. She is now member of the Academic Board for HEC Executive Education. She graduated from La Sorbonne (Ms in Litterature), Institut d’Etudes Politiques Paris (Ms in Sociology), Paris XII (Ms in Management Control) and HEC (Doctorate).
 
Her research interests concern Organizational Change, Human Resources Management, Creativity and Pedagogy. She is specialized in qualitative and longitudinal research methods. Françoise Chevalier is a member of the research committee at HEC and research expert for ANRT (Agence Nationale de la Recherché et de la Technologie/Technology and Research National Agency). She is Vice-President in charge of Pedagogy for AGRH (Human Resource Management Academic Association). She was a visiting scholar at Berkeley University. She is a regular visiting professor in China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Tunisia, Algeria, Iran, New Caledonia and Lebanon.
 
Françoise Chevalier has published several books, carried out researches and organized conferences and workshops. She has also published a variety of articles both in academic and professional journals.
